so this is why i have to quit smoking and i am going to.
Satan is always trying to destroy God's crowning creation "man", anyway that he can, and addicting people to tobacco is one of those ways. If Satan cannot destroy us other ways he uses this "little nasty habit" to slowly kill us over the years. Young people are the most vulnerable as many movie and television productions glamorize drinking and smoking. They never show the long term effects this habit has on people.
(Hebrews 11:24-25 says "By faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh's daughter; Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season.") Galatians 6:7-8 tells us that in time we shall reap corruption from our sinful habits.
Gal 6:7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
Gal 6:8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
Cor 6:19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? 1 Cor 6:20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

so, glow
so i can now officially unwind abit cos i just finished the last part for audit. yes, i am a little temperamental today and you know i know you know why. went for the sia talk thingy. it was so packed, i swear. for normal lectures, it is not even half as packed. for today's sia's talk. it was full-house and we had to book seats for friends and the late comers had to stand at the back of lecture 26. that was how exaggerating it was. and i saw more than a few familar faces, oh well.met queky and aud and pei xian for lunch ( oh and quan as well) and it was my first time to My Space. impressive place. condusive but alil crowded eh. still, something new and nice. and it's located at the business block. we are all spoilt business folks. alright time to clock into lala land.
